MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Our goal is to help you understand how music works and to provide you with tools, skills and knowledge that can be applied to-, learn and play any piece of music. We want you to give your best effort to apply all of the knowledge, techniques and strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course, sought feedback via email and/or in our Facebook group (where relevant) and show that you are in fact either above the material, its level provided being not sufficient for you*, and/or its contents cannot be applied to the piece of music you want to apply it to/learn** - and thus the course still did not work for you.

*Please note that we try to lay-out as clearly as possible, the level of knowledge and playing that can be reached when completing anything within our programs, yet we leave it up to you to decide whether that contents within any of our courses/programs is sufficient for your needs. If you are already riffin' and running up and down the keyboard using all types altered scales comped with 13th cluster voicings - this program is too basic for you.

**Please also note that -although we strongly believe the matter in this course can in fact be used to play anything you want, up until a certain level- this program promises to teach you POP music (and all its derivatives). If you are looking to learn a style that falls outside of the scope of our program, this is your responsibility and we cannot guarantee a money back.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Piano Couture. We cannot not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase.

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the knowledge and skills from the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Requirement 1: Provide a video of yourself playing a piece of music on the piano of your choice

Requirement 2: Provide an audio file or youtube link to the music you intend(ed) to learn, plus a written description why you failed to do so using Hack the Piano's contents and/or feel the contents are unsuited

Requirement 3: Provide a written explanation of why you feel the course does not work for you

Requirement 4: (Upon request) provide video material of you doing Hack the Piano exercises as per determined and instructed by Piano Couture

Piano Couture will then evaluate your request based upon these provided materials and reserves the right to decline the request, based on provided materials and the overall validity of the reason for requesting the refund.

If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly. The support desk can be reached at: [email protected]

Please note that Piano Couture does not offer refunds on downloadable products; purchases of “keys” (Piano Lingo’s digital currency); any program-, course-, lesson- or product that the customer has previously already requested or received a refund for - regardless of version or iteration and/or refund requests based on “approach” or (skill) level. Company leaves it up to the customers’ responsibility to both be aware of the way we teach music (Piano Couture’s approach) by trying out our free materials before getting on any paid program or plan, as well as to judge the level of any paid program/course, measuring and gauging this against one’s own level of playing to decide whether the program will be beneficial to the student’s needs before purchasing.
Upon request, Piano Couture can provide help in gauging level and advise on which material would be right for the student’s level, yet we do not take responsibility for any final decisions on purchases.

If customer wishes to cancel a paid subscription/membership this can be done at anytime by simply clicking “cancel” at the “subscription” tab on the account page (pianolingo.com/my-account), before the next billing, without any prior notice or terms. This will cancel the subscription as of the next billing cycle. In other words: after cancelling, there will be no more billing for that subscription and premium access will be revoked on the date where otherwise the next billing would have taken place.
